I cannot recommend Corcapa or Rob Babcock highly enough. I was very much a beginner when my parents asked for my help in looking into 1031 exchanges. I had read some online posts and tried to educate myself with other resources but didn't truly understand all the rules and opportunities until I started working with Rob. On another note, Rob never pressured me and always made me feel like I had plenty of time to complete the 1031 exchange. Once my parents' property was sold, the DSTs were completed in less than two weeks. I couldn't have worked with a better professional for my 1031/DST needs.
