1031 Exchange Property Listings

I've held multiple investment properties (condos and single family homes) over the past 25+ years and have necessarily dealt with the inevitable landlord headaches with both the homes and tenants. I was already familiar with the 1031 Exchange process from previous experience. I was introduced to Corcapa 1031 Advisors several years ago but never got around to trying out the process of selling an investment property and rolling the proceeds over into Delaware Statutory Trusts. Finally pulled the trigger this year and tried it with 1 property. Working with Christina and her team at Corcapa was a positive experience from start to finish. Christina kept me informed of current and upcoming DST and TIC opportunities, spent a lot of time getting to know me and my goals and pointed me towards opportunities that were a good fit for me, all while keeping track of the ticking deadline clock.
