I cannot recommend Corcapa or Rob Babcock highly enough. I was very much a beginner when my parents asked for my help in looking into 1031 exchanges. I had read some online posts and tried to educate myself with other resources but didn't truly understand all the rules and opportunities until I started working with Rob.
